The intent of the referral program is to reward users and customers for referrals that convert into paying customers. Submission of a contract or introduction into our referral program is deemed acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions:
- The referral program is coordinated by Cloud Assess Pty Ltd ABN 57 164 642 684.
- No purchase is necessary to qualify for the incentives offered by Cloud Assess for a qualifying referral.
- Cloud Assess Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any referrals not received for any reason.
- Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries are not eligible for referral program.
- Referral contacts may not qualify if they are already a contract that have previously been engaged by Cloud Assess Pty Ltd or a representative of Cloud Assess Pty Ltd.
- Cloud Assess reserves the right to disqualify referrals in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions of entry.
- The referral amount is not exchangeable or transferable.
- The referral submitter agrees that their name may be used during the referral process.
- By entering this referral program, you agree to our privacy policy and to receive further communication from Cloud Assess Pty Ltd.
- Referral amount is payable upon receipt of funds for the first invoice for services from the new client.
- Referral Program Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice.
